Thank you to each and everyone of our parents and grandparents who made the most delicious treats for the cake sale. Thank you to all the children, parents, grandparents and neighbours who called at the cake sale and bought some of the delicious treats. A special word of thanks to the P7 children who were key in running the cake sale. Finally, thank you to the most amazing staff of killyhommon PS who worked tirelessly setting up the rooms and clearing up afterwards.
We will collate all the fundraising money we collected from Split the Pot, Green Day, nail painting, penalty shoot out, Easter raffle, pennies from the traocaire boxes and the cake sale and arrange to split the money to Trocáire, Turkey/ Syria and a local charity. The School Council members will meet with the classes to discuss this before deciding our local charity.
