Feeling in P1-2

Today we worked with EA Reach's Claire Carleton. We began with talking about feeling Happy. Then Claire read us The Worry Tiger. We then learnt some strategies to help us to feel calm. We tiptoed like a tiger noticing things around us, then we lay down closed our eyes and listened to the world around us. We then reached up high, stretch out wide and touched our toes. Finally we lay down breathing in and out. Try putting a teddy on your tummy and try breathing in and out. Thanks Claire for these lovely calming ideas.
