What a privilege it was this morning to welcome so many grandparents to Killyhommon PS for the morning. The children's grandparents are true role models. Grandparents play multiple roles in their grandchildren's lives. They are the children's storyteller, favourite cook, teacher and carer and much much more.
Grandparents are spiritual guides who give spiritual rewards like compassion, peace, love, faith, joy, tolerance, kindneess and gentleness.
Thank you to all the grandparents who called into the school today it was lovely to meet you all.
