The students of P5-7 were delighted to have Mr. Murphy, the former school principal, share his experiences from Malawi. Coinciding with this year’s Trocaire campaign, which focuses on Malawi, the children gained insights into the educational environment, hobbies, and daily lives of their African counterparts. Mr. Murphy presented a fascinating collection of artefacts and vivid photographs from Africa, through which he vividly recounted his memories and the work he provided to the communities there. It was a morning rich with storytelling and enlightening information about life in Africa.
