P3 and P4 have been enjoying their Maths Week activities. They worked in pairs to get three in a row practicing their addition and subtraction skills. Then they went outside to use maths in the environment; looking for shapes and materials to count, sort and explore patterns. I was really impressed with how the children worked together to problem solve with lots of rich mathematical language used.
