The P5-7 children are covering the topic of The Great Irish Famine this term. Digging for potatoes today was an excellent task for them to experience. Well done to all the boys and girls who collected the potatoes to make a bumper crop. Many hands make light work. Thank you to Noel and Martha for all the planning for such and excellent project for the children.
We'll get the potatoes bagged and ready to sell next week.
