We were delighted to welcome gorgeous baby Rìan and his mummy Neasa into school today to begin our Roots of Empathy programme in P3/4. Rìan was the sunniest baby and made us all feel happy watching and observing him. Rìan is going to be a mini ‘teacher’ in the sessions and will help the children to identify and reflect on their own feelings and the feelings of others. We can’t wait for his visit next month and look forward to watching him grow over the course of the year.
