One hundred and sixty four children participated in the walk/run today! The children were all absolutely fantastic. Some ran really fast, some walked it all, some fell and got up and ran on and some got a wee lift back!. It was a glorious, sunny morning. It was just beautiful to see all the children participating in the run. Andrew Housten from community PSNI came along and cycled along with the children. We had an offical first aider alongside our 4 medically trained parents. We had parents, grandparents and neighbours marshalling the event. Even the bin lorry called to support us!. A massive thank you to everyone who made this possible. What wonderful memories for the children to have, for years to come.
