What a fabulous day the P5 children had today. For their first time at Killyhommon PS they got the opportunity to wear the Killyhommon Football Jersey. The girls and boys represented the school with pride, determinatioon and great team effort. After the group stage the team made the final. Although they lost out to St Ronan's they put in a great effort and showed great skill and determination. In order to make it to the final the team beat St.Joseph's, Donagh and Holy Trinity. The children were a pleasure to take away and sure what better way to finish off the day than a visit to the ice cream van!!
Killyhommon PS would like to thank St Michael's College for inviting the P5 children to this competition and it was a great experience to get to see the school's facilities.
